Our turnkey design service is broken down into 3 project phases:

After assessing the project space, we will establish a brief with the client to define their requirements, aspirations and budget. Once we have a measured site survey very of the property, we will draw up a scope of services for the intended works and present it alongside a fee proposal. After this has been agreed by the client, we will present the concept for the interior design scheme. This will include elements such as space planning, concept images for suggested design ideas, as well as schedules outlining each of the ideas for the internal finishes and fittings
The approved concept progresses into a more developed design. In this phase, we will issue specific details such as bespoke furniture and joinery designs. Scaled plans and elevations will be presented along with finalised full interior design schemes, including soft furnishings, furniture, lighting and finishes. At this stage, any required subcontractors and suppliers will be appointed.
This phase covers all project coordination for the procurement of the design. Hübner Studio will liaise with any subcontractors and suppliers, providing them with the necessary schedules for installation. Jessica will oversee all works to the project to ensure they’re successfully delivered. An additional accessories package can be added to the scheme once the major works have been completed to enable full dressing and styling of all spaces.
